This is a proposal to set up a working group to oversee the design, development, construction, administration and operation of a community lead Cafe/Restaurant in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis.

Tomorrow (Thursday) I am attending the West Sussex Social Enterprise Network conference and workshop in Billingshurst. They have a number of potentially useful learning outcomes including funding avenues and business organisation.
